Before placing your order
or making payment, please read the following terms and conditions
carefully:
Sizes:
All measurements are approximate. For items measuring near or over 100 cm
(outside UK) or 150 cm (within UK) please see the
staff postal page for further
details about postage restrictions.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full (or arrangements made with us) within 7 days
of the order being placed or the item will be resold.
Payment must always be received by us in full (and cleared) before items are
posted. We accept payment by Paypal (to orders@spiritofold.co.uk), UK cheque
(made payable to "Andrew Eyles"), cash (well concealed please and sent at
your own risk - we strongly advise you to send cash insured or via
recorded delivery as you see necessary) or postal order. If you wish to
pay in cash in a currency other than GBP£ please advise of this before
posting payment - we will tell you the revised total payable.
We can not accept any form of payment other than those listed above.
Posting (Shipping):
Goods are usually posted within
fourteen days of full payment being received (and cleared if necessary) -
although we're almost always faster than this and generally post
items out 2 - 3 times each week.
Custom-made orders or customised/altered items may take longer but you
will be advised at the time of ordering if this is the case. If you need an item for a specific
date please let us know.
We offer recorded/signed for/insured delivery on all our items. UK postage
and packing costs include basic recorded delivery. Non-UK orders are
required to have one amount of £3.50 added per package for
insurance. UK items worth more
than £32 are recommended to be sent Special Delivery which incurs an
extra £4.00 payable by the customer.
All our items are posted well-packaged and undamaged. We always obtain
proof of posting and we cannot be held responsible for
delays/loss/damage caused by the postal system.
Returns:
If you purchase an item through
the Spirit of Old website and then change your mind, you can return it
within 7 days and receive a full refund (minus the postage and packing
cost of returning it to us) providing the item is in the original,
undamaged and saleable condition and all original packaging is returned.
This does not apply to items made to order including customised items or
copies of items which are requested by the customer unless the item is
faulty or damaged.We want
all our customers to be pleased with their purchases and with the
service we offer so in the (very!) rare event of a problem, please email us at
enquiries@spiritofold.co.uk.
We will do everything we can to help resolve any problem.
